STITCH Hair Atelier is opening two founding stylist spots for experienced, licensed hairstylists in our boutique salon in Madera. Once those two are filled, the founding rate is gone.
What makes STITCH different?
I built STITCH to be the kind of salon I always wanted to work in: calm, private, and all about the client in the chair. Now I'm ready to share it. I'm looking for a couple of stylists who care about their work the way I do, so we can build something good together. You'll have your own business, and you'll also have people around you who want you to win.

The client comes first, every time. Every client should feel cared for from the moment she walks in, and everyone here protects that.
We love to learn. The best stylists I know never stop growing, and I want to be around people like that.

We still show up for each other, share the space with respect, and cheer each other on.
We take care of the space. Clean stations, tidy shared areas, and a salon that's ready for the next person's client.
Founding Stylist Rate: $200/week, locked in for your first 12 months
We start with a 90-day trial. That gives both of us time to make sure it's the right fit before either of us commits long-term.

Scalp spa training.
If you ever want to add scalp spa services, I'll walk you through getting started on our scalp spa bowl so it feels natural before you offer it to clients.

Whenever you'd like, book a 15-minute check-in with me, once a month, on your schedule.
